We’re a Sunshine Coast IT business working with small and medium businesses across the east coast of Australia. We value straightforward conversations, clear responsibilities and long-term working relationships.
Our story
Our story began in 2003, when Travis Brown started providing business IT services under the Ticorp name. He later established Microsavvy Pty Ltd, continuing to support customers from that earlier business.
The company name changed, but the work and customer relationships continued. That history is the foundation of Microsavvy today, with established processes, practical experience and a team that keeps improving how we work.
What matters to us
Our purpose is to make technology easier for businesses to manage and more useful for the people who rely on it.
That means listening before recommending, explaining the choices clearly and shaping our work around each business’s priorities, budget and appetite for risk.
We want small and medium businesses to have the visibility and guidance to make confident technology decisions, including where automation and AI can make a practical difference.
